A basic line cleaning involves of several steps:
- We flush the lines with water.
- Then, we flush the lines with a strong alkaline solution at high pressure to clean.
- The solution then sits and soaks for 20 minutes to kill bacteria, mold and yeast.
- Finally, we flush the solution out with fresh water and scrub off any residue, leaving the faucet completely clean.
Our Advanced cleaning package, which builds upon our basic cleaning package adds:
- We take off all faucets, disassemble, meticulously scrub and service all parts and pieces.
- Every quarter, instead of using alkaline cleaner we use a powerful acid solution at high pressure to clean the lines.
- Acid cleanings allow us to dissolve calcium carbonate (beer stone) and prevent future back up.
Our premium cleaning package includes:
- A recirculating method is used to flush alkaline or acid cleaner through your draft system for 20 minutes.
- Take off and disassemble all faucets, meticulously scrub and service to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Couplers are scrubbed clean and greased to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Every month alkaline cleaner and every quarter acid cleaner is recirculated for 20 minutes while we service and clean faucets.
- Draft system is thoroughly inspected making note of any problems or concerns that may arise in the future.
